Megan Le Brocq
Service Manager & Nominated Supervisor
Diploma in Children's Services
Megan Le Brocq is fiercely determined to help educators support children in the early years to the best outcomes and has a track record which proves a skillset beyond her years of experience.
Megan joined the ECE profession in 2016 as an Educator and found that she had a knack for connecting with children. Her abilities were quickly recognised by those above her and she was hand-selected to travel to Italy to take part in a Reggio Emilia study tour. She was chosen for this tour to bring back precious skills in teaching using the Reggio Emilia Approach, a system which views children as capable and confident learners and values the rights of the child. On her return from the study tour, the Educators Megan mentored grew in leaps and bounds.
It was from this experience that Megan realised the more Educators she could impact, the more children she could help grow. Megan has since been involved with leading a team through the critical Assessment and Ratings process, in which her team exceeded all of the seven Quality Areas of the National Quality Framework.
Megan has now joined the Sesame Lane team and is keen to be part of another amazing journey which places children first.
